Safe delivery to your home or workplace.

We send our packages through various courier services depending on your location.  We are happy to send to either a business or home address.  If you would like us to add a signature on delivery please send us a quick message. If sending by Australia post there will be a $2.95 extra charge. This is always the safest option.  If sending by courier, we can request a signature at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not offer free freight on international orders.  We use Australia Post for our international orders and request that you contact us via email at hello@teabybirdy.com for an international shipping quotation.

PACKAGING & INSURANCE

We don’t charge you a handling or packaging free.  All Tea by Birdy products are carefully packed to ensure their safe arrival.   If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging and we will attempt to contact the couriers for re-imbursement.  If no contact is made within 24 hours of delivery we will be unable to offer any re-imbursements.  If you are wanting to insure any items over $100 please contact us for a quote.

FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE

Online orders are typically picked, packed and in the post 24hrs from time of order. Orders can be expected to be delivered to your door within 3-7 days (Western Australia and Northern Territory orders may take up to 2 weeks) except for during busy periods such as Christmas and public holidays.  Tea by Birdy can not be held responsible for any hold up with deliveries that are out of our control.
