At Tea by Birdy we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong. Choose products carefully.
Unless proven to be unsatisfactory we are not obliged to refund or exchange goods. If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us within 7 days from arrival of your goods, to report the matter. Once we have established proof of purchase, as you can appreciate, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and how we can help you, be it a refund, or exchange. Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging, for examination and testing. Items to be returned by post are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please make sure that they are securely packaged. Botanicals and other delicate items must be returned in a box.
Items will be assessed and refunds (in the original payment method) will be processed within 7 days of receipt. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, we will replace, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.
