Origin: A blend of ingredients from across Australia and around the world, including Sri Lankan Orange Pekoe and Queensland's own Daintree cacao.

Ingredients: Sri Lankan Orange Pekoe, Cardamom Pods, Ginger, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Cassia Bark, Star Anise, Fennel, Daintree Cacao, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper.

Choc Chilli Chai
Origin: Australian and imported ingredients

Ingredients: Sri Lankan Orange Pekoe, Cardamom, Ginger, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel, Daintree Cacao, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper

Bangalore Rose Chai
Origin: Australian and imported ingredients

Ingredients: Black Tea, Cinnamon Chips, Ginger Root, Cardamom Pods, Coriander Seed, Clove Buds, Black Pepper, Rose Petals.

Zanzibar Chai
Our signature chai, reworked. Bold black tea, warming spices, cacao and chilli come together for a chai with depth, body and a proper kick of heat.

Choc Chilli Chai
Rich cacao meets warming chai spices and chilli. Deep, indulgent and unapologetically spiced.

Bangalore Chai
A softer, more subtle expression of chai. Floral, fragrant and gently spiced, with an elegant aromatic character.

Our Chai Tasting Flight brings together three Tea by Birdy chais with three distinctly different personalities. Zanzibar and Choc Chilli have been staples at Tea by Birdy for years, and we've recently gone back to both recipes to deepen the flavour for a richer blend.
