  • Quantity: 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of water
  • Water Temperature: 100° water
  • Time: 6-10 minutes.

Nice and comforting tea

This tea is good before sleep but also good throughout the day as the mint is so beneficial for digestive health. I am so happy to have found this tea as the combination is so good for me as a person who is strong with internal heat. Overall the tea is fresh and I recommend this to others’
