GINGER (Zingiber officinale):  Ginger contains gingerol, which has powerful medicinal properties.  It helps relieve gas and bloating, nausea and lower blood sugar levels.  Ginger contains anti-oxidants which can manage free radicals in the body.

LEMONGRASS (Cymbopogon citratus): Lemongrass can cleanse and detoxify the body, lowers cholesterol and creates a healthy environment for the stomach by eliminating bad bacteria in the gut. Lemongrass is full of antioxidants, helps with healthy skin by drying up excess oil, improves mood,
treats colds and helps prevent infections with its antibacterial and anti-microbial properties.

LIQUORICE ROOT (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Liquorice
root may be used to support and protect the respiratory system, ease the symptoms of menopause and menstrual symptoms such as pain or bloating, relieve constipation and help protect against stomach ulcers.

PEPPERMINT (Mentha × piperita): Peppermint is a wonderful tonic to aid in digestive symptoms such as
gas, bloating and indigestion.  As it acts as a muscle relaxant it can be helpful for certain types of headaches and menstrual cramps.  Peppermint
may improve energy and also freshen your breath by killing off germs that lead to bad breath.

SPEARMINT (Mentha spicata): Spearmint is high in
antioxidants, great for digestion, balances hormones and improve memory, In South American countries spearmint is commonly used to alleviate stress and
insomnia.

Rooibos Tea (Aspalathus linearis): Rooibos tea is an anti-oxidant rich, caffeine free tea. It is great for strong bones and hydrated skin, heart and digestive health, stress reduction and potential weight management.
